The Sign/Certify Panel shows signature schemes available in your system, grouped into Sign Document and Certify Document categories. Signature schemes include your Digital ID, certification settings, appearance, and further settings.
To display the Sign/Certify panel, do one of the following

Select Document > Sign & Certify > Sign/Certify Panel

Select View > Organizer Panels > Sign/Certify

In the View Toolbar, click the
Organizer Panels button and select Sign/Certify from the drop-down list.
Managing Signature Schemes
At the top of the Sign/Certify panel, click the Signature Scheme Options button to choose an active item from the drop-down menu.

Apply Signature Scheme: Choose this to apply a selected scheme to an open PDF document. The same function is performed if you right-click a scheme and choose this action.

Create Signature Scheme: Choose this to create a signature scheme of your own, or click the Create Signature Scheme button at the top of the panel or right-click anywhere in the Signature panel area and choose this action. For details, see Security Properties.

Delete Signature Scheme: Choose this for a selected signature scheme, or click the Delete Signature Scheme button at the top of the panel or right-click a signature scheme and choose this action, or select it and press Delete. Confirm deletion by clicking OK.

Copy Signature Scheme: Choose this for a selected signature scheme, or right-click the scheme and choose this action to create a new signature scheme on the basis of an existing one, with modified settings. For details, see Security Properties.

Edit Signature Scheme: Choose this for a selected signature scheme, or right-click the scheme to be modified and choose this action. For details, see Security Properties.

View Signature Scheme: Choose this for a selected signature scheme, or right-click the scheme and choose this action to see current settings. For details, see Security Properties.
