There are no instructions for replacement of the Nuance Cover Sheet with a user defined Cover Sheet. It does not appear to be possible. This is frustrating and the end result, with a Nuance promotional sheet as the cover looks unprofessional and would give my customers the impression that we are using freebie software. This prevents us using a feature that we have paid for.
