The Envelope panel shows envelopes for e-mail packages available in your system. Envelopes, as a rule, are single-page PDF or image files.
To display the Envelope panel, do one of the following:

Select View > Organizer Panels > Envelope

In the File Toolbar, click the
Secure Delivery button and click the Select Envelope hyperlink in the Secure Delivery dialog box.

In the View Toolbar, click the
Organizer Panels and select Envelope from the drop-down list.
Managing Envelopes
At the top of the Envelope panel, click the button to choose an active item from the drop-down menu.

Apply: Choose this to apply the selected envelope to an open PDF document. The same function is performed if you double-click an envelope, or right-click it and choose Apply. For details, see Secure Delivery.

Create: Choose this to create an envelope or click the Create button at the top of the panel or right-click anywhere in the Envelope panel area and choose Create. For details, see Creating Custom Envelopes.

Edit: Choose this for a selected envelope, or right-click the one to be modified and choose Edit. For details, see Creating Custom Envelopes.

Delete: Choose this for a selected signature scheme, or click the Delete button at the top of the panel or right-click an envelope and choose Delete, or select it and press Delete. Confirm deletion by clicking OK.

Reduce/Enlarge Envelope Thumbnails: Change thumbnail sizes to optimally fit in the panel.

Reset Envelope: You can edit or delete envelopes. The default set of predefined envelopes can be restored at any time to replace the current choice or to be added to it.
