This toolbar is displayed while you are working in Document Assembly view. On switching to another view, the toolbar disappears. See detailed descriptions of these and further document assembly operations in the Document Assembly topic.

Hi,

I am a French user and I can say that in French version the last two buttons do not exist in the toolbar, i.e headers/footers management and page numbering.

Furthermore, the headers/footers feature does not exist at all in this release (not option available in the Document menu).

I reported it to the Nuance French support team who was not aware of that missing features. As these features are available in the Entreprise edition, they think it is a release bug and they will report it internally to know if a new build would be soon available.
