Destinations Panel (Navigation Panel)

Much like a bookmark, a PDF Destination is a document location that a Destination link points to. Use destinations to build up an internal structure for your PDF to make it easier to navigate in long documents.

To create a destination

  1. Open the Destination panel

  2. Click the Create New Destination button.

  3. Give a unique name to your Destination.

  4. Select the piece of text or area that you want to turn into the Destination.

  5. Click the Set Destination button.

You can delete unwanted destinations or sort them by name or page location.

To go to a Destination, open Destinations in the Navigation Panel, and double-click on the desired item.
