To display this dialog box select Speech
Settings from the Tools menu. This can only be selected if Speech Mode in the Tools menu is enabled.
Engine: Select a
TTS Engine.
Voice: Select a male
or female voice to speak the text.
Speed: Select a reading
speed.
Volume: Select a
volume setting for text reading.
Reset Settings: Click
this to reset the Text-to-Speech settings to their default values.
