To display the Style dialog box choose Style
in the Format menu.
Styles: This lists
all styles detected in the current document. Select a style to see its
properties.
Description: This
panel displays all the properties assigned to the current style. Any property
not displayed has its default value. Available properties are
paragraph indents, first line
or hanging indents, paragraph alignment and spacing, and tabs
font type, style, size, color,
background color, underline style, strikethrough, superscript, subscript,
and character spacing..
Click New... to open
the New Style dialog box and name
a new paragraph style and define its properties.
Click Modify to rename
the selected style or change its properties.
Click Apply to apply
the selected paragraph style to the current or selected paragraphs or
characters.
