Create one file per page:
Select
this to save each page in your document as a separate file. OmniPage will
append numerical suffixes to your file name to create unique file names.
Create one file for all
pages: Select
this to save all the pages in your document as one file.
Create a new file at
each blank page: Select this if you
want to divide large jobs into separate files by inserting blank pages
as separators. All pages following a blank page will be saved as a separate
file. See Loading image files for
advice on placing blank image files.
Create a new file for
each image file: Select this if your
input is coming from several image files and you want to create the same
number of output files with the same names but different extensions.
Page range: Specify
which pages should be saved to file.
View Result: Select
this to have the target application activated with the saved file opened.
The target application is by default the one associated with your saving
format in your Windows system, but you can specify a different application
as a converter option for this file type.
Open in PaperPort:
This option is available only if PaperPort is installed on your computer.
Select this if you want to have PaperPort launched with the saved file
opened.
Apply folder notes: In
PaperPort, item properties (keywords,
authors) can be specified at folder level for applying this information
automatically to all new PDF files that arrive into a target folder. Select
this option if you want to apply item properties automatically to newly
saved PDF files. Before selecting this option, enter item properties to
your target folder in PaperPort, or check whether the item properties
specified for that target folder are acceptable for your PDF files. For
more information on Folder Notes, see the PaperPort help.
