Paragraph styles are auto-detected during recognition. A
list of styles is built up and presented in the Paragraph styles selection
box on the Formatting toolbar:

You can create and modify styles and assign a style to selected
paragraphs if you already have text in the Text Editor. You can also export
the paragraph styles with the document if the Retain
styles converter option is available and selected in the current
export converter.

box.
