This displays the current language setting for the selected
text. This is also displayed on the Status bar. Select a different language
as desired. Language marking is passed to target applications supporting
this feature, to ensure spell checking for the correct language.
Click OK to accept a changed language setting for the selected
text. This marking is for the target application, it does not change the
recognition language(s) to be applied if you re-recognize the page.
