Export Options dialog box

This dialog box is displayed when you choose Send in Mail as export target, or in OmniPage Professional you choose targets FTP, SharePoint, Hummingbird, iManage and ODMA.

Send file(s) as: Select Text to save the recognition results in one of the offered file types (e.g. Microsoft Word). Select Image to save the page images to an image file type (e.g. TIFF). Select Multiple to save to more than one file type at the same time: e.g. Word and TIFF. There are four pre-defined multiple converters to choose from or you can create your own.

File type: Specify a file type for your export.

Converter Options...: Click this to open a converter options dialog box named after the current file type. Its preferences are specific for this file type, and vary according to the selected formatting level.

Formatting level: Specify which formatting level to use. The levels on offer may vary, depending on the file type you choose. Your choice becomes the preference for the current file type. It is not influenced by changes to the formatting level in the Text Editor.

Use input name: Select this to use the input file names for the output files, leaving the extension to differentiate them.

Save with subfolders: Select this to export your files with the same folder structure as for the input folders. If this check box is deselected, all the exported files will be placed in one folder even if they were processed with subfolders at loading.

File options: Specify whether pages should be stored in one file or in a set of files. In the latter cases numerical suffixes are added to the file name to generate unique files.

Page range: Select All pages, Selected pages or Current page.
