Select the block of text you want to delete in the Text Editor.
Choose Select All in the Edit menu to select everything on the current page.
Press the Delete key or choose Clear in the Edit menu.
The selected text is removed.
You cannot delete graphics from the Text Editor. You can however decide whether to retain or drop graphics when you save the document to file.
