Each converter option dialog box lists the saving options
and their settings for the current converter. The title bar of the dialog
box displays the converter name. Converter-specific settings for each
available converter can be changed by the user. Check the formatting level
and change it if necessary before you choose other settings, because this
determines which choices are available.
A converter option dialog box can be called
at saving time by clicking
Options... in a saving dialog
box, or
from the Tools menu by clicking
Saving Preferences...,
then selecting a converter
and clicking Options... in the
dialog box that appears.
File options: Specify
whether recognition results should be stored in one file or in a set of
files. In the latter cases, numerical suffixes are added to the file name
to generate unique files.
Formatting level:
This displays the formatting level currently associated with the chosen
file type. Set this first because your choice determines which other settings
are available. The formatting levels on offer may vary, depending on the
file type you choose. Your choice becomes the preference for the current
file type. It is not influenced by changes to the formatting level in
the Text Editor.
Options panel: This
panel lists the saving options and their settings for the current converter.
