To display this dialog box select one or more image files
supported by OmniPage in your file system, right-click and choose OmniPage
17 ► Add and Remove Workflows...
from the shortcut menu.
List: This displays
the available workflows (those with image file input). Select the ones
you want to add to the shortcut menu. These workflows can be run from
Windows Explorer by right-clicking the selected image file(s) and choosing
the required workflow. To remove a workflow from the shortcut menu, click
near
to a workflow name.
Full path: This displays
the location of a selected workflow.
Options
Display progress: Select
this to display a progress bar showing how performance through the workflow
steps is proceeding. This is useful if Run workflow in background is also selected.
Run workflow in the background:
This option will have an effect on workflows started from the shortcut
menu of your file system. If this is selected and the workflow has a saving
step, the workflow will run in the background. If there is no saving step,
the workflow will run with the full OmniPage user interface, regardless
of this setting. If a user interactive step is included in the workflow,
the relevant OmniPage panel appears (e.g. for proofreading). If this is
deselected, the workflow will run with the full OmniPage UI.
