Nuance - I Speak Dragon

I was talking, one day, with my wife about my typing and how I'm not the fastest in the world, nor the most accurate.  She told me about Dragon and said I might want to look into it.  Soon after, I was talking with my daughter, who is a physician assistant, who said she really likes Dragon because they use it at the office where she works.  I write a lot of reports and decided to purchase your product to improve my efficiency and productivity. 

I purchased my first Dragon NaturallySpeaking for my home office and was so impressed with it, I purchased one for my office at the court.  Also, I travel and purchased a third Dragon SpeakingNaturally for my laptop.  The use of Dragon has increased my productivity and lessen the time it takes me to complete the reports, I regularly write.

After about three weeks of use at my court office the headphone died.  I anticipated having difficulty easily obtaining a new headphone.  I called Nuance and was able to get a replacement headphone after making one more telephone call.  The excellent customer service support was very welcome.
