I am wondering if anyone knows how to deal with this problem. When I try to create a new command in Dragon Medical the program shuts down. Anyone know the fix?

I found out that it is an incapatability of microsoft fingerprint reader with the dragon command creator. Just shut down the service (digital persona) biometrics. this is either done with msconfig-(semi-permanent) or control alt del (temp).
