Last month we launched our Flip Your Customer Experience campaign and a new microsite http://www.flipyourcustomerexperience.com to provide contact center professionals with an easy one-stop place to access valuable resources on optimizing their contact centers and migrating outdated IVRs. The response to the site has been fantastic -- hundreds of people have downloaded our resource kit, taken our online self-evaluation and explored the site to learn more about Nuance Business Consulting, our people and our customers.
As part of the launch, we also decided that we would launch a blog.
