Great. The only problem is, that your software does not work. I bought the Preferred version and it die not work with my Vista. After 3 months of waiting I saw that there is the patch (for the German Version) and that I could download it. So I registered and got a mail wich die noch contain the download link. So I complained to your support which send me the download link to the english version.

Hey, I'm sure your software is great. Its just that not many people can actually use it because everyone (according to Amazon ratings) has problems installing it.
