Peter,

DNS 10 helps me use a computer as I have speech difficulties. What would also help would be a lower latency interface, so that I could hear myself speaking through a headset live. Where can I go in technical support to get some advice about this issue.

I see that DD for Mac now has a French version -- but does that mean that I have to buy TWO versions, the English and the French? I need both languages. What about an upgrade option from MacSpeech International?

I am having issues with Dragon professional version 11 and Windows 7. When I try to reopen a profile that I created or imported, I received a message saying "user files you have selected cannot be accessed. This could be because you do not have sufficient privileges to use it or because it is currently being accessed by another program."

I followed the instructions on dragons FAQ but it did not help.

I worked with my IT to get all permissions so I do not believe it is a privileges issue but rather some type of renaming bug. For example, if I have a profile that I name JAWS, it automatically renames itself JAWS_DrgRenamed_DrgRenamed... ... over and over again.

I found that if I rename the profile, I can usually open it eventually. But that is not a good solution. Any ideas?
