Dear Michelle Gross,

I have had the 64 bit Processor problem from day one and was promised a DNS version 10.1 Pro CD with medical vocabulary several weeks ago; but nothing has arrived here at our 13 State Regional Appeals Court address (see my latest request for status to Kevin, below). Is there anything you can tell me?

Ron Howell, U.S. ALJ

(copy of my latest e-mail follows:)

Dear Kevin,

Is there any sign that I’ll be receiving the Dragon version 10.1 CD any time soon? I’ve been unable to use the version 10 for several months due to the 64 bit processor problem.

I was told I’d get the new Dragon 10.1 professional with the medical vcabulary disc.  Right now I’m running on empty.  HELP !!!!

When you send to DNS 10.1 the address below is the most secure one to send it to. Put “PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL” on the package to assure it gets to me

Sincerely,

Ronald R. Howell

In case you haven't noticed, DNS 10.1 Medical is available simply by picking up the phone:
