Nuance often receives inquiries from various members of the community requesting donations of Dragon to charitable groups. Just in the past few months, we've donated copies of Dragon to a wide variety of organizations: the United Way, the Dana Farber Cancer Institute, the Learning Disabilities Association of Ontario, the ALS Association (often referred to as "Lou Gehrig's Disease"), the Korean-American Scientists and Engineers Association (KSEA), even the German Shepherd Rescue League of New England. We've also donated many copies of Dragon to individuals. One such indivdual is a young girl named Natalie who was diagnosed with brain cancer. Natalie's generous neighbor, Bil Simser, conducted an online campaign to secure a new laptop running Dragon to help Nat return to school.
