Dragon Dictation 11 was working perfectly yesterday 2/20/13 and for some unexpected reason it will not work today 2/21/13. I am able to click on the program and command it to open - a window will open, then just continue to stay frozen on that window. I tried uninstalling Dragon software and re-installing it afterwards and no was not successful. Afterwards I tried a system restore and again no success. After several minutes of loading a windows box will open stating "problem could not open" and closes the program. I attempted changing the compatibility to open the program ( I tried to run using 1) windows XP service pack 2 and 3 2) windows vista 3) windows 7 [ i also tried disabling run with check box as well]) none of these attempts have been successful.
I am running on Windows 7 64bit
I have tried looking at similar blogs but have not seen many similar issues. Any suggestions of troubleshooting tips to try to get Dragon 11 up and running once again. I am curious to whether a windows update may be causing this or possibly Norton anti-virus/firewall setting.

There was an traffic jam in our update server that caused the slowness/not opening behavior. The issue has been resolved.
We are working to keep the problem from ever happening again.
