Needed Windows ALT-Characters

There are two Windows ALT-Characters that are not available in Dragon Medical Practice Edition and are used some times, would be nice to have them.  They are the "more than or equal to" and the "less than or equal to" symbols, respectively ALT-242 and ALT-243.

Try Alt 8804 for Less than or equal to and Alt 8805 for Greater than or equal to. Also, this character may be limited by the character set being displayed. It works in MS Word!
