Our focus is to utilize all the data we are gathering to improve the overall accuracy of Dragon so it has the ability to quickly learn from anyone with any accent.  The more data our customers are willing to send to us (audio files and content) the faster we can make the product better.

I think many customers are not even aware of their ability to or not to send their voice profiles to Nuance for improving Dragons accuracy.  I wonder if "pgreer" is allowing Nuance to collect data.
